REFUND POLICY

At Aether Foundry, each piece is made with care and crafted to order.

Because many of our sculptures are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind on custom or personalized items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If a standard non-custom item is approved for return, it must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
