REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be returned in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us a support@aetherfoundrystudio.com and include your order number and reason for the return.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error by Aether Foundry. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional shipping cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Custom, personalized, modified, or special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a separate order after the return has been approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If an eligible item is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The EU right of withdrawal does not generally apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This section does not limit any other rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
